Injury Management

Injury Management

Postby Dr.M on November 4th, 2009, 10:44 pm

Hey everyone,

I am new to this forum as well as the APK forum, but have some experience with parkour through my brother at Primal Fitness in DC; however, my expertise lies with physical therapy for injury management as well as injury prevention coupled with fitness and personal training.

Since my passion is with physical therapy and I enjoy helping people I thought I would put a post up about injury management in case any of you are training with injuries or recently had them. Feel free to contact me here or on APK under the same name, or if you are closer to me you can set up at time to stop by the clinic. The clinic that I work at is north of Philadelphia called Global Fitness, LLC.

So if you have injuries, Lets have them!!!!

Hey thanks for the info, sounds like you could be pretty damn helpful! I think I may have met you a year or two back, does your brother go by Soldier? Pretty sure I jammed with you guys when he was up in Philly

You are correct sir. My brother does go by Soldier on APK and I remember that jam last year. I'm still in the Philly area so if you want to meet up for a jam or you can stop by the clinic I work at if you have injuries. Unfortunately, I have been out of parkour for a little bit so I am rusty to say the least.
